The moment you need to call us, your membership and it's associated benefits kick into action. If you have had an accident, our management service has been designed to minimise the impact of the incident upon your daily routine. If you are not at fault you will be Immediately allocated a claims handler who will oversee your claim from start to finish. We will liaise with all other parties involved in the accident as well as your own and the third party’s insurance company. Whilst your vehicle is off the road you will be provided with a “like for like” replacement hire vehicle. Included within this service is the free collection and delivery of your vehicle as well as the replacement hire vehicle to a convenient location of your choice.

Often the total cost of the claim will be recovered directly from the “at fault” party’s insurer and so you will not incur an excess or have your “no claims bonus” adversely affected.
